Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Balloon Boutique & Party, LLC. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
   • A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your event date.
   • Final payment is due prior to delivery, setup, or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   • Orders are not confirmed until payment arrangements have been completed.
   • We accept approved payment methods listed at the time of booking.
2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
   • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments due to preparation and supply costs.
   • Custom orders, specialty items, and personalized décor are non-refundable once production has begun.
   • Refunds will not be issued for décor damaged after setup or pickup.
3. DELIVERY & SETUP
   • Delivery fees are based on location and setup requirements.
   • Someone must be present at the agreed delivery/setup time.
   • Delays caused by the customer or venue may result in additional charges.
   • Balloon Boutique & Party, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. BALLOON CARE & LIABILITY
   • Balloons are delicate and affected by heat, cold, wind, sharp objects, and rough handling.
   • We are not responsible for popped, damaged, or deflated balloons after delivery, setup, or pickup.
   • Outdoor décor is not guaranteed due to weather conditions.
   • Balloon float times vary and are not guaranteed.
5. RENTALS & EQUIPMENT
   • Rental items including backdrops, frames, stands, marquees, and props remain the property of Balloon Boutique & Party, LLC.
   • Customer is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items.
   • Rental pickups or breakdowns must be accessible at the agreed time.
6. PHOTO RELEASE
   • Balloon Boutique & Party, LLC may photograph décor setups and use images for marketing, social media, website galleries, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. CUSTOM COLORS & DESIGNS
   • We strive to match colors and inspiration photos as closely as possible; however, exact matches cannot always be guaranteed due to balloon availability and manufacturer variations.
   • Creative adjustments may be made to ensure the best final design.
8. HELIUM & SUPPLY AVAILABILITY
   • Due to industry shortages and supply chain issues, certain balloon colors, specialty balloons, or helium-filled items may be substituted with comparable alternatives when necessary.
9. PICKUP ORDERS
   • Pickup orders must be collected during agreed pickup times.
   • Balloon Boutique & Party, LLC is not responsible for damage once pickup items leave our possession.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle has adequate space and climate conditions for transport.
10. SAFETY
    • Balloons may present a choking hazard. Children should always be supervised around balloons and balloon pieces.
    • Please dispose of balloons properly after use.
11. AGREEMENT
    By booking services with Balloon Boutique & Party, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
